At Washroom Warehouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we offer a hassle-free returns policy. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request the return of any unused item for a refund or exchange. You will then need to arrange the appropriate service to return the item to us with 30 days from the date the item was delivered to you.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all parts and accessories also present.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@washroomwarehouse.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (minus a 25% restocking fee and original delivery cost) or send out the exchanged item, as applicable.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on certain made to order items unless agreed at the discretion of the company on an order by order basis. Such items include Vanity Units, IPS duct sets, Cubicles and Wash Troughs. In the event that you would like to cancel the order of such items, please contact us immediately to check if your order has commenced manufacture. If we can halt production in time, we can cancel your order and issue a refund minus an administration fee of £20.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) to enable us to deal directly with the courier company and arrange for a refund or replacement. All items are checked for quality control prior to being dispatched although once left our premises the state of the item is out of our control. Therefore, it is imperative that you contact us as soon possible to allow us to do our due diligence and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. A repair or replacement to a faulty or damaged item can be requested up 6 months from the date of delivery, providing that there are no signs that the item has been used/altered in any way. Proof that the item arrived in such a state will need to be provided by the customer.
