The heating element can be set to on or off, offering to dry hands with a heated airflow (1.35kw) or using room temperature air with the element off (550w) to reduce the energy use further. We recommend that the element is set to on during colder months to warm users hands as they dry for a better customer experience, and that the element can be switched off in the warmer months as the higher temperatures are ideal for drying hands whilst saving the premises energy and money.
